Evitado demonstrates an earlier ARIAx capability that remains central today: identify the institutional pathway around an innovation, then organize the customers, funding mechanisms, and market-entry logic needed to move it.
Entering regulated and dual-use markets
The outgoing ARIAx case study documented work designing and implementing international dual-use market-entry strategy for Evitado’s aviation technology. It also documented a $123,145 Luke Air Force Base contract for a LiDAR-based collision-detection system used during aircraft ground movement.
Building the pathway around the product
The work extended beyond a single customer. ARIAx’s historical case described identifying targeted Department of the Air Force customers and end users, securing signed memoranda of understanding, and pursuing non-dilutive SBIR pathways through AFWERX and the Department of the Air Force.
Why it still matters
The Evitado case provides practical proof behind ARIAx’s present-day language of Map → Architect → Activate: the work linked market intelligence, institutional relationships, capital pathways, and a concrete commercial outcome.
Historical case information is carried forward from the outgoing ARIAx website; the contract reference was linked there to a public SAM.gov opportunity record. Visit Evitado ↗
